1617 Bite Me!
My second painting of hanging fruit on unstretched linen canvas, I am enjoying painting on this surface, not as hard on my paint brushes as gessoed panels. The squash I found in a mound of the most interesting ones at the local supermarket, this one was a plain Jane compared to the others.
1584 Copper Teapot
Another labour of love that I have finally finished, this lovely teapot I bought on Ebay I loved it's 'Art Nouveau' shape and it's lovely feet and handle. The silver plate, belonging to my daughter, has a pierced design from the same era, as you can imagine painting the design of the plate gave me a few more grey hairs ;)

Another composition from above, I do like this format as you can probably guess, I think it gives a new perspective to a classic subject.

A lucky find was this mirrored candle stick that I found in my local charity/thrift shop, I knew that I could invent some interesting compositions with it, being center stage.
